Asia Pacific Yo-yo

This annual premier yo-yo contest began in 2003 and has been steadily growing ever since, in terms of number of countries and participants. The highlight of this event is that players get to compete with current World Champions, trade tips and tricks with the best in the business and just to catch up with old and dear friends. If there is a competition you would want to go to, this is definitely one of them!

Now, for 2008, the Asia Pacific Contest will be bigger and better than ever. After having the contest over at our neighboring country, Malaysia, for 2 years, AP is making its way back to Singapore. This year, being held at Ngee Ann City, Takashimaya, anything less than spectacular would not be doing this grand location justice, and we guarantee you a fun-filled, action-packed four days of non-stop fun.

Furthermore, this year, expect newer faces, yo-yo superstars and the secret-training underdogs, all showcasing their vast array of tricks in the quest to become the next Asia Pacific Champion. In the past years, some divisions have been dominated by the same names over and over. In 2008, what would it be? New champions dethroning the old, or the same champions, choosing to reign supreme for another year? There is only one way to find out and experience it all for yourself!
